AWS Direct Connect
AWS Direct Connect is accessible from Africa Cloud Exchange and through physical cross-connections within the Cape Town (CT1) and Johannesburg (JB1) data centre facilities. The first of its kind in Africa, AWS operates 44 availability zones within 17 geographic regions around the world. AWS Direct Connect bypasses the public internet, and ensures private connectivity and full integration between cloud services and business applications.
Microsoft ExpressRoute
Microsoft ExpressRoute is available from Africa Teraco Cloud Exchange and through physical cross-connections within the Cape Town (CT1) and Johannesburg (JB1) data centre facilities. Microsoft Azure ExpressRoute lets you extend your on-premises networks into the Microsoft cloud over a private connection facilitated by Teraco. With ExpressRoute, you can establish connections to Microsoft cloud services such as Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and Dynamics 365.
VMware Cloud Verified
VMware Cloud Provider Partners deliver VMware Cloud Infrastructure as a Service. VMware Cloud Verified services are available from VMware Partners on Africa Cloud Exchange, delivering cloud services powered by VMware Cloud Foundation technologies, including VMware vSphere, vSAN, and NSX. Now you can gain support for your apps – from existing to cloud-native to SaaS – across private, public, and hybrid clouds using services by Africa Cloud Exchange partners displaying the VMware Cloud Verified logo.

Dedicated Interconnect provides direct physical connections between your on-premises network and Google’s network. Dedicated Interconnect enables you to transfer large amounts of data between networks, which can be more cost-effective than purchasing additional bandwidth over the public internet.
