Next-generation data centres are rapidly gaining momentum as more banks and large enterprises embark on digital migration strategies. Riding the wave of cloud adoption, datacentre outsourcing is growing as businesses move away from being on-premises towards colocation. According to Gartner, 80% of companies will have made the change by 2025, with the International Data Corporation (IDC) believing that the demands of next-generation apps and new IT architectures will force 55% of firms to upgrade existing or deploy new facilities.
