Teraco's Service Level Agreements tightly define the operations environment, as well as the performance of technical support and account management staff. The effective and highly qualified data centre support team provides the skilled, around-the-clock service that is core to Teraco's offering, with response times governed by the Service Level Agreement. Even after hours, a minimum of two qualified technicians are onsite at all times.
Simple technical jobs like rebooting or resetting a server or checking the alarm on a piece of equipment become time consuming and expensive when the server or piece of equipment is not on your premises.
Our Remote Hands service, gives all our clients access to basic low-level technical assistance 24 hours a day (terms and conditions apply). This service includes the following:
- Resetting, rebooting and switching power on/off of PCs and servers
- Lead replacement
- Checking of alarms on equipment
- Storage facilities during deployment
- A staging area during installations and for maintenance
- Meeting rooms
- Remote PDU management via Customer Portal
