NAPAfrica - layer two Internet eXchange (IX) point
NAPAfrica is a neutral, layer two Internet eXchange (IX) point, located in South Africa. NAPAfrica enables the exchange of large volumes of traffic between Network Providers and Service Providers via public peering. Providers include Local and International Carriers, Internet Service Providers (ISPs), Application Service Providers (ASPs) and Content Providers, among others.
Once connected to NAPAfrica, Network Providers and Service Providers negotiate individual and multilateral peering relationships.
